Is the Innopay app safe and real?

  • Install it only from Google Play or the App Store, never from an APK file sent over WhatsApp, SMS or a website.

Who gives the loan

Innopay Money is a Lending Service Provider (LSP): it helps you find and apply for a loan, but it does not lend. Every loan is sanctioned by an RBI-regulated lender, which is named in your offer and in its Key Fact Statement (KFS) before you accept. Protect yourself from fake Innopay calls and apps

  • Never share an OTP, UPI PIN or password with anyone who calls you, even if they say they are from Innopay.
  • Do not pay a caller or agent to “approve” or “release” a loan. The charges on a genuine loan are set out in the lender’s KFS, before you accept.
  • Be wary of messages with links to download a loan app; use the store links on this page instead.
  • If someone misuses the Innopay name, report it to us (below), and to the police cybercrime portal at cybercrime.gov.in or by calling 1930.
